论内蒙古黄河上中游地区退耕还林(草)的措施

【摘要】 文章通过对自治区黄河上中游地区的自然地理条件分析 ,以及耕地现状 ,水土流失情况 ,提出该区域退耕还林的技术措施和经营对策。

【Abstract】 Through analyxing natural geographical conditions,present farmland situation and water-soil loss status in upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River in Inner Mongolia,technical measures and management countermeasure were put forward for returning farmland to forest in the region.
