【摘要】 探讨了利用牛 IVF技术 ,在国外生产纯种肉牛胚胎运回国内进行大批量移植后受体母牛的妊娠率及产犊情况 .共移植受体母牛 1 58头 ,妊娠率 ( 90 d)为 2 1 .4 %～ 4 8.5% ,共计产纯种犊牛 55头 .6～ 8日龄胚移植给发情第 7d的母牛能够得到较高的妊娠率 ( 43 .8%～50 .0 % ) ;受体母牛在前两次的移植妊娠率 ( 3 0 .0 %～ 3 5.0 % ) ,明显高于第三次 ( 1 5.4 % )以后的妊娠率 .研究结果证实 ,在国外生产的牛 IVF冷冻胚胎运回国内进行大批量的移植能够获得较高的母牛妊娠率和产犊率 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Purebreed bovine embryos that were produced by IVF technique in oversea were observed. Total 158 recipients were transferred, the pregnant rates were 21.4%~48.5% after 90 days of embryo transfer,and 55 purebred calves were delivered. Higher pregnant rates could be obtained by transferring the day 6~8 IVF embryos to the recipients which were in day 7 after standing heat(43.8%~50.0%). The pregnant rates that recipient were transferred in first and second time (30.0%~35.0%) were significantly higher than that in third time(15.4%). The result suggests that higher pregnant and delivering rates can be obtained after embryo transfer using bovine IVF embryos produced in oversea.更多还原
