不同种公牛精液对牛卵母细胞体外受精效果影响的研究

【摘要】 分别利用不同个体的海伏特、安格斯和荷斯坦种公牛精液进行体外受精 ,观察了不同品种不同个体种公牛精液的体外受精效果 .利用五种海伏特种公牛精液进行体外受精后卵裂率为 1 7.6%~ 74 .7% ,囊胚发育率为 1 .0 %~ 3 2 .6% ,不同个体间差异极显著 ( P<0 .0 1 ) .利用五种安格斯种公牛精液进行体外受精后卵裂率为 3 4 .7%~ 85.3 % ,囊胚发育率为 6.2 %~4 0 .5% ,不同个体间具极显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) .利用三种荷斯坦种公牛精液进行体外受精后卵裂率为 61 .6%~ 76.4 % ,囊胚发育率为 1 2 .8%~ 1 5.6% ,无显著差异 .结果表明不同种公牛精液的体外受精效果具有显著差异 ,在用于体外受精时需认真选择 .

【Abstract】 Different Hereford, Angus and Holstein bull semen were used for in vitro fertilization of bovine oocytes, the purpose was to observe the effects of different bull semen on in vitro fertilization. Hereford bull semen collected from 5 bulls were used for in vitro fertilization, the rates of cleaved oocytes were 17.6%~74.7%, and the rates of blastocysts were 1.0%~32.6%. There was significant difference between them ( P < 0.01). Angus bull semen collected from 5 bulls were used for in vitro fertilization, the rates of cleaved oocytes were 34.7%~85.3%, and the rates of blastocysts were 6.2%~40.5%. There was significant difference between them ( P <0.01). Holstein bull semen collected from 3 bulls were used for in vitro fertilization, the rates of cleaved oocytes were 61.6%~ 76.4% , and the rates of blastocysts were 12.8%~15.6%. There was no significant difference between them. The results indicated that there were significant different results of in vitro fertilization using different bull semen, bull semen used for in vitro fertilization should be chosen carefully.
