Fe(Ⅲ)-二溴羟基苯基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲铵体系显色反应的研究及应用
Study on the Colour Reaction of Iron with 2,3,7-Trihydroxy-9-dibromo-Hydroxyphenyl Fluorone and CTMAB
【摘要】 研究了二溴羟基苯基荧光酮 ( DBH-PF) -铁 -表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺 ( CTMAB)的显色反应条件和光度性质 ,在 p H6.3 0~ 7.0 0的六次甲基四胺 -HCl缓冲介质中 ,在表面活性剂 CTMAB存在下 ,Fe( )与试剂形成稳定的三元胶束配合物 ,最大吸收波长位于 63 5nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .3 0× 1 0 5L· m ol-1· cm-1,Fe( )含量在 0~ 1 1μg/2 5m L范围内符合比耳定律 .拟定方法在掩蔽剂存在下 ,不经分离直接测定了牛肝粉、大米标样中的微量铁 ,结果满意 .
【Abstract】 The conditions of colour reaction of Fe(Ⅲ) with DBH PF in the presence of CTMAB were studied.In the pH6.30~7.00 (CH 2) 6N 4 HCl buffer solution,a stable purple blue complex of Fe(Ⅲ) with DBH PF and CTMAB is formed.The complex has maximum absorption at 635 nm and its molar absorptivity is 1.30×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer′s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~11 μg/25ml for Fe(Ⅲ).The method has been applied to the determination of Iron in Ox liver powder and rice with satisfactory results.
