水分胁迫下短枝型苹果幼树活性氧代谢失调对光合作用的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了水分胁迫下活性氧代谢失调对短枝型苹果幼树光合作用的影响 ,结果表明 :水分胁迫前期光合速率的下降主要与气孔因素有关。但随着胁迫时间的延长和胁迫程度的加剧 ,导致 O- 2 ·产生速率大幅度上升 ,胁迫前期 SOD活性也大幅度增加 ,以减轻 O- 2 ·增加所引起的细胞伤害。但胁迫后期 SOD活性大幅度下降 ,中度、重度胁迫下 O- 2 ·的过量生成超过了防御系统的清除能力 ,从而造成活性氧累积 ,使膜脂过氧化加剧 ,膜系统损伤。因此 ,由活性氧代谢失调而诱发的非气孔因素成为光合速率下降的主要原因。

【Abstract】 Under the soil water stress,the stomatal resistance increased .In the early period,the decline of the photosynthetic rate was due to the stomatal limitation.With the duration of water stress,the excessive accumulation of O - 2 · and the malondialdehyde increased.The superxide dismutase activity increased during the early period.The protective enzyme SOD can inhibit the accumulation of active oxygen and lessen membrane damage.With the duration of water stress,the activity of SOD decreased,the excessive accumulation of O - 2·is due to the reduced SOD activity,the membrane damage induced the nonstomatal limitation.The results indicated that spur-apple young tree express stomatal limition to photosynthesis under mild water stress and nonstomal limition under moderate,severe water stress.
