【摘要】 经过对蕨菜 (孢子体 )不同生育阶段的地上部植株叶片的叶绿素含量、呼吸酶活性及地上部生长量变化规律的研究表明 :( 1)不同生育阶段的叶绿素 a、叶绿素 b存在明显的差异 ;( 2 )不同生育阶段的过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性呈下降的趋势 ,( 3 )不同生育阶段的地上部鲜重、干重、干重 /鲜重呈增长趋势 ,含水量呈下降的趋势更多还原

【Abstract】 The change patterns of chlorophyll content and respiratory enzgme activity in leaf of Pteridium aguilium var.latiusculum were studied.The results showed that:(1)There are signifiant difference between chlorophyll a and b contents;(2)With growing and developing,adivities of peroxidase and catalase gradully decrease;(3)Fresh weight,dry weight and the ratio of dry weight to fresh weight of overground part at different stages increase,water content decrease.更多还原
