【Abstract】 sustainable development in a basic nationalpolicy in our country, and the foundation ofdevelopment is consisted by investment andconstruction. At the decision-making stage inlargescale construction projects, the sustainabilityevaluation has an extremely practice significancewhen it guides this project with the idea of sustainabledevelopment.
