【摘要】 目的 :探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)乳膏尿道口给药治疗勃起功能障碍的疗效。　方法 :采用随机、双盲 /开放、多中心的方法观察其安全性、有效性。在双盲组中 6 4例病人 ,每位随机给予PGE1乳膏和安慰剂乳膏各 1支 ,尿道口给药。在开放试验组中 ,79例病人各 1支PGE1乳膏尿道口给药。　结果 :双盲试验PGE1乳膏组有效 5 6例(87.5 % ) ,安慰剂乳膏组有效 3例 (4 .7% ) ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;开放试验组有效 5 1例 (6 4.6 % )。结论 :PGE1乳膏尿道口给药治疗勃起功能障碍是安全、有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”HX]Objectives:[WT5”BZ]To evaluate the therapeutic effects of the PGE 1 cream medicated urethra for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). [WT5”HX]Methods:[WT5”BZ]Random, double blind/open label and multi center studies were conducted to observe the safety and efficacy of the PGE 1 cream. In the double blind group, each of the PGE 1 and placebo creams was randomly applied in 64 patients. In the open label group, the PGE 1 cream was applied in 79 patients. [WT5”HX]Results:[WT5”BZ]In the double blind 56(87.5%) positive reactions were observed with the PGE 1 cream application, while only 3(4.7%) positive reactions were recorded with placebo cream in the 64 patients. Significant difference was observed between the PGE 1 and placebo cream groups( P <0.01). In the open label 51 of 79 patients (64.6%) positive reactions were observed.
