【摘要】 目的 :探讨药物治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。　方法 :采用经会阴前列腺局部药物注射联合应用α受体拮抗剂 ,治疗 73例慢性前列腺炎病人。治疗期间连续做尿常规和前列腺分泌物检查。　结果 :48例 (6 5 8% )病人在注射治疗 1～ 2次后治愈 ;17例 (2 3 3% )病人治疗几次后症状得到缓解。　结论 :使用抗菌素前列腺局部注射联合应用α受体拮抗剂治疗慢性前列腺炎是一种有效方法。为获得满意的评价 ,还需要进行更长时间的随访研究更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”HX]Objectives:[WT5”BZ]To study the effective methods for treatment of chronic prostatitis. [WT5”HX]Methods:[WT5”BZ]From Jul. 1998 to Feb.1999,73 selected patients with chronic prostatitis were treated using direct transperineal infiltration of the prostate with antibiotics combined with α blockers.Sequential samples urine and prostatic secretion were studied during treatment. [WT5”HX]Results: [WT5”BZ]Complete cure was obtained in 48 patients (65.75%)after one or two treatment. Clinical remission was obtained in 17 patients(23.28%) after several injections. [WT5”HX]Conclusions[WT5”BZ]:α Blockers combined with local antibiotic treatment of chronic prostatitis are useful,although careful randomized studies with long follow up are required to evaluate the merits of the method.
