【Abstract】 In this paper, chromatographic column using tetrahydroxyethyladipicdiamide and their derivatives as stationary phase were prepared. The column characters were tested. The experiment results showed that this type of column had good column character. It had good separating capability not only in aromatic hydrocarbons, but also in alcohols.
