【Abstract】 A method for isolating mitochondrial plasmid DNA from etiolated plant seedlings is described in this paper. This method does not need gradient ultra centrifugation and organic solvent extraction. The entire procedure can be finished in short time. This method is rapid, simple, inexpensive and especially effective for isolating mitochondrial plasmid DNA with low copies.$$$$更多还原
