【Abstract】 The CdS semiconductor ultrafine particles are synthesized by using organimetallic reagents in inverse miceller solution. The quantum size effect in wavelength shift of the spectra with the size decrease of microcrystals is observed both with absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra.$$$$更多还原
