几种有机锡化合物对小鼠外周血T和B淋巴细胞的影响
THE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT ORGANOTIN COMPOUNDS ON PERIPHERAL BLOOD T AND B LYMPHOCYTES IN MICE
【摘要】 从免疫毒理学角度研究了氯化三丁基锡 ( TBTCl)、氯化二丁基锡 ( DBTCl)和氯化一丁基锡 ( MBTCl)对小鼠免疫系统的影响。采用外周血液淋巴细胞酸性 α-醋酸萘脂酶 ( ANAE)检测法和溶血分光光度测定法 ,对小鼠腹腔注射 0 .0 1~ 0 .1 0 μg/kg TBTCl和 0 .0 1~ 0 .1 3 μg/kg MBTCl可增加 T-淋巴细胞数量和诱导抗体的产生 .而高于此剂量范围作用 7d,各指标则呈现不同程度的下降趋势 ,0 .0 1 μg/kg DBTCl对小鼠免疫系统无明显影响 ,而0 .0 5~ 0 .0 2 μg/kg DBTCl对小鼠 T和 B淋巴细胞产生不同程度的抑制作用 .
【Abstract】 From immunotoxicological point of view, the effect of tributyltin chloride (TBTCl), dibutyltin chloride (DBTCl) and monobutyltin chloride (MBTCl) were studied. We conducted different doses ranging from 0 01~0 20μg/kg TBTCl,DBTCl and MBTCl intrapertoneally (i.p.) to investigate the influence of these compounds on peripheral blood T and B lymphocytes in mice by using both peripheral blood lymphocyte acid α naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) detection and hemolytic colorimetric methods. The result demonstrated that dosed with 0 01~0 10μg/kg TBTCl and 0 01~0 13μg/kg MBTCl for 7 days resulted in increasing T lymphocyte in number and antibody production, while injected with 0 13~0 20μg/kg TBTCl and 0 15~0 20μg/kg MBTCl for 7 days decreased the above cited parameters. Suggested that TBTCl and MBTCl enhanced or suppressed immune system function at different dose ranges. DBTCl has shown a suppression effect on this system. Suggested that immune system is sensitive to DBTC1. The present study provided and created a new possibility for dinical immunologic disease diagnostic method, but the mechanisms by which TBTCl, DBTCl and MBTCl act on immune system should be futher more studied.
