【Abstract】 With the coming of the 21-century, people pay more and more attention to food and environment. How to solve these two important problems? Scientists from all over the world have studied on them and try to find the best way to suffice the need of the people and to protect the only one earth. The objective of the paper is to find a way that solve the two problems through the second "green revolution" based on what the prior scientists had done.
