【摘要】 目的　介绍一种从总RNA制备DIG标记的非放射性cDNA探针的方法。方法　以总RNA的反转录产物为模板 ,用随机引物延伸法掺入DIG 11 dUTP来制备cDNA探针。结果　该方法标记的探针灵敏度较高 ,可达 0 .0 1pg。结论　这种cDNA探针可用于差异筛选的反向杂交及Northern杂交。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A method to prepare DIG cDNA nonradioactiv e probe form the total RNA was introduced. Methods Labeled the probe by Random Primed DNA Labeling method through binding DIG-1 1-dUTP into the cDN A which was the product to retro-transcription of total RNA.
