【摘要】 目的　探讨特异性IgE测定在变应性鼻炎 (AR)诊断和疗效判定中的价值。方法　采用生物素 亲和素 (BA) ELISA法检测 31例常年性变应性鼻炎 (PAR)患者免疫疗法治疗前后血清特异性IgE(对螨、豚草、法国梧桐、霉菌、棉絮 )的抗体水平 ,并与血清总IgE及变应原皮试进行比较。结果　①PAR组的各种变应原的特异性IgE水平均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,并与变应原皮试有较高的符合率 (76 .1%～ 93.5 % )。②AR患者经免疫疗法治疗后 ,大多数变应原的特异性IgE阳性率均有明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而总IgE则没有明显改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　用BA ELISA法检测血清特异性IgE为AR的诊断和疗效判定提供了客观依据 ,而且特异性高、安全方便 ,有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to evaluate the value of serum sp ecific IgE(S-IgE) in diagnosis and therapeutic efficacy of allergic rhinitis(AR ).Methods The serum S-IgE(anti-mite,-ragweed pollen, -platanus po llen, -fungi, -cotton fiber) of 31 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis(P AR) were detected using B_ELISA, before and after immunotherapy. The results w ere compared with total serum IgE and allergen skin test. Results Lev els of S-IgE of each allergen were significantly higher in PAR group than in co n trol(\%P\%<0.01), and coincided with allergen skin test (76.1%～93.5%). After im m unotherapy, the positive rate of S-IgE were significantly decreased in most all ergens (\%P<\%0.05), but there was no change in total serum IgE(\%P\%>0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that serum S-IgE determination with B_ ELISA providing objective evidence for diagnosis and therapeutic efficacy in AR. It is sensitive, safe and simple, and betten than other tests in clinical appli cation.\;更多还原
