【摘要】 目的 :观察口服左旋卡尼汀对维持性血透病人的疗效。方法 :给病人口服左旋卡尼汀 ,1g·d-1,共 3个月 ,观察治疗前后病人各项实验室检测指标的变化及临床表现。结果 :血浆卡尼汀浓度治疗前显著低于正常人 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,治疗 1个月后有明显上升 ,3个月后升高更为显著。治疗后病人体力增强 ,食欲改善 ,血透中并发症减少 ,红细胞压积升高 ,血浆前白蛋白、转铁蛋白上升 ,总胆固醇下降 ,高密度脂蛋白升高。结论 :应用左旋卡尼汀可有效地改善血透病人的营养状况及心血管功能 ,提高病人对血透的耐受力更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of the observation was to study the curative effect of oral L carnitine supplement in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods The changes in laboratory parameters and clinical manifestations were observed in 18 patients before and 3 months after L carnitine was administered orally at a dose of 1?g·d -1 .Results The serum level of carnitine in hemodialyzed patients were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P <0.001).After 3 months of L carnitine treatment,with the increased concentration of serum carnitine,physical status,appetite,cardiac function,intro dialytic hypotention and cramps were improved.And hematocrit,serum pro albumin,transferrin and high density lipoprotein were increased,at the mean time total cholesterol was decreased.Conclusion Oral supplement of L carnitine in hemodialyzed patients appears to be associated with an improvement of nutritional status,cardiovascular function and elevation of dialysis tole~rance.更多还原
