【Abstract】 The modern educationist Cai Yuanpei served at the post of minister of Education,then of President of Beijing University and of Dean of institute in Ming Guo Period.In his educational and administrative practice he gradually shaped his own characteristics of management:Stress the management abide by the law,management on the basis of openness,management efficiency and strong demand for academic research etc.This paper tries to analyze these characteristics.更多还原
