萍蓬草光合膜光化学活性及多肽组分分析

【摘要】 研究了睡莲科植物萍蓬草 (Nuphar Pumilum DC.)类囊体 PS 、PS 电子传递活性、吸收光谱等光化学活性及类囊体膜的多肽组分 ,并与睡莲科植物睡莲 (Nymphaea alba L.)及陆生植物青菜 (B.chinesis L.)进行比较 .结果显示 :相同条件下 ,萍蓬草类囊体膜 PS 、PS 电子传递活性较睡莲高 ,较青菜低 ;室温吸收光谱与青菜相似 ,在蓝紫光区域 (4 30 nm)和红光区域 (6 80 nm)的吸收峰都较睡莲高 ;类囊体膜多肽组分中高分子多肽含量低 ,低分子多肽含量高 ,和青菜较为相似 ,体现了较为进化的特征 .

【Abstract】 The electron transfer rates, room temperature absorption spectrum and polypeptide compositions of thylakoid membrane from Nuphar pumilum DC. were observed and compared with those from Nymphaea alba L. and B.Chinensis L. The results are as follows : The electron transfer activity of Nuphar pumilum was higher than Nymphaea alba and lower than B.Chinensis ; the room temperature absorption spectrum of Nuphar pumilum had stronger light absorption at 430 nm and 680 nm than that of Nymphaea alba , and was less capable than that of B.Chinensis ; Analysis of thylakoid membrane polypeptides using SDS-PAGE shown that Nuphar pumilum had lower content of high molecular weight polypeptide and higher content of low molecular weight polypeptide, which is a evolutionary character of hydrophyte.
