【摘要】 用一系列现代生物技术研究了“中合牌”生物菌肥 (简称ZH BBM )的有机质成分 ,结果表明 ,该菌肥中蛋白质含量为 2 1.0± 0 .0 1μg/ g ,中性糖含量为 37.0 5± 1.15μg/ g ,游离脂肪酸含量为870± 0 .0 2 μg/g ,粗脂肪为 1.30± 0 .0 1mg/ g及 11种低分子有机酸 (其中 9种饱和有机酸 ,2种不饱和有机酸 ,两者约占总有机酸含量的 6 3.2 6 % ) .这些结果对进一步阐明ZH BBM的有效成分及其对农业生态环境作用的分子机理和指导农业生产提供了又一重要的依据 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Organic composition in ZH BBM adopt new techniques is investigated, the results show that the ZH BBM contains 21.0±0.01 μg/g proteins, 37.05±1.15 μg/g sugars, 870.00±0.02 μg/g free fatty acids, 1.30±0.01 mg/g coarse fatty and eleven kind organic acids composed of nine saturated Fatty acids and two unsaturated fatty acids.
