As3+对莼菜冬芽的毒害
The Study of Effect of As3+ Pollution on Brasenia Schreberi Winter-BUD
【摘要】 研究了不同浓度As3+ 溶液对莼菜冬芽的外观形态、叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶、MDA、O- 2等的影响 ,并探讨了利用铁盐中和减轻砷污染的作用 .结果显示 :As3+ 的毒害使莼菜冬芽叶色变黄失绿 ,直至死亡 ;叶绿素含量、O2 - · 、MDA随时间下降 .过氧化物酶值随时间而上升且与培养浓度相关 ,铁离子对As3+ 中毒有缓解作用
【Abstract】 Brasenia schreberi Winter bud was observed when cultured in gradient concentration As 3+ polluted water and studied the effects on the external morphology, the quantity of chlorophyll, MDA,O 2 -· ,the activity of peroxidase, and to see weather Fe 3+ can alleviate the toxicity of As 3+ . or not. The results showed: Brasenia schreberi winter bud turned yellow when poisioned by As 3+ , the quantity of chlorophyll, MDA,O 2 -· reduced with the time went on but, the activity of peroxidase enhanced and relate to culture concentration, Fe 3+ can alleviate the toxicity of As 3+ .
