【摘要】 通过对区域生态重建经济补偿的内容进行分析并加以计量 ,结合上游地区的实际 ,提出对上游地区的生态重建成本给予全额补偿。根据马克思的劳动价值理论和人们对生态价值的认识过程 ,运用生长曲线模型和恩格尔系数相结合进行分析 ,建立了区域生态重建的经济补偿模型 ,并运用这一模型确定各受益对象对生态重建的经济补偿的支付意愿 ,从而构建一套具有可操作性的区域生态重建的经济补偿方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of economic compensation of regional eco reconstruction is analyzed and figured up.According to the situations in the upper basin of Yangtze River,all costs should be compensated.Based on the labor value of Marxist and the course that people recognize the value of eco environment,adopting Logistic curve and Engel′s,an economic compensation model of regional eco reconstruction is constructed.With the model and the related materials,the pay willing of each beneficiary is calculated.Thereby,a practicable project has been constructed.更多还原
