【摘要】 运用荧光染色方法对 4株不同地域来源的柱状田头菇子实体的担子和担孢子进行了观察。结果显示 ,来自欧洲希腊的Ag8、中国四川省的Ag10和台湾省的AgT菌株的有性繁殖结构特征是 4孢双核 ;而来自贵州省的Ag9菌株的有性繁殖结构特征是双孢 4核。这种 4核现象首次在蕈菌中观察到

【Abstract】 Basidia and basidiospores of A.aegerita strains from different areas were observed by fluorescence staining and electronic microscope.The results showed that the structural characteristics of sexual propagation of Ag8(from Greece),Ag10(from Sichuan,China)and AgT(from Taiwan,China)is four basidiospores per basidium and two nuclei per basidospore.The structure in Ag9(from Guizhou,China)is two basidiospores per basidium and four nuclei per basidiospore.The latter phenomenon was reported in cultivated mushroom for the first time.
