棉花抗黄萎病育种中鉴定菌株的选择
Isolate selection to identify lines resistant to Verticillium dahliae in cotton breeding
【摘要】 通过 1 8个菌株对 2 3个不同抗、感品种的棉花苗期接种试验 ,及 1 0个菌株对 9个苏棉 1 2号R和 1个南农 1号耐黄萎病株行的苗期和吐絮期病指相关分析 ,明确了要培育出能在大多数病区都表现抗病的棉花品种 ,应以V2 5、XS4这样的强致病力菌株作为病圃鉴定菌株。棉花抗黄萎病育种目标应以抗强致病力或落叶型菌系为主
【Abstract】 Twenty three different resistant or susceptible varieties were identified for their resistance or susceptibility to Verticillium dahliae by inoculating with 18 isolates at seedling stage.Correlation analyses were conducted between disease indexes at seedling stage and boll opening stages among nine plant rows from Sumian 12R and one from Nannong 1 by inoculating with 10 isolates.The experimental results indicated that,in order to breed cotton varieties being resistant at majority of disease regions,it is absolutely necessary to utilize strongly pathogenic isolates such as V25 and XS4 as inoculates for identification.
