高温胁迫对雄性棉铃虫生殖力的影响
Influence of high temperature on male fecundity of cotton bollworm
【摘要】 观察了 2 8 ,33和 36℃温度条件下棉铃虫生存和繁殖情况 ,并以 33℃高温处理不同发育阶段的雌虫和雄虫 ,比较分析了高温胁迫对其生殖力的影响。结果表明 :(1) 36℃高温胁迫下 ,棉铃虫的生存严重受影响 ,在此温度下试虫不能完成个体发育 ,无法进行生殖活动 ;33℃高温对其生存影响较小 ,但影响生殖 ,其产卵力和交配力都显著下降 ,且无有效卵产出。 (2 )高温对生殖力的影响存在性别和虫态差异。棉铃虫在未成熟期对高温 (33℃ )胁迫雄性敏感性大于雌性 ;雄性 6龄幼虫至 3日龄蛹期间对高温敏感 ,以 1~ 3日龄蛹最敏感 ;成虫期雌雄对高温均敏感。
【Abstract】 The development and fecundity of cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera Hübner,under three different temperature(28,33,36 ℃)were observed,and the sex and period sensitive to high temperature were also studied by high temperature treatment during larvae,pupae and adult stage.The results showed that survival of cotton bollworm under 36 ℃ was heavily affected and there was no healthy moth emerged.Under 33 ℃,though survival rate was only slightly affected,its fecundity was entirely inhibited.Effect of high temperature on fecundity was closely related to sex and developing stage.Before emergence,only males were sensitive to high temperature during the period from 6th instar larvae to young pupae(3 day old),and the young pupae was the most sensitive stage.In adult stage,both males and females were all sensitive to high temperature.
