动不平衡对高速主轴回转运动的影响
The Influence of Dynamic Imbalance on High Speed Rotary Spindle
【摘要】 为了改善高速磁浮主轴的径向回转精度 ,该文提出了二维傅里叶频率分析的新方法。采用此方法分析了主轴高速运转时前后轴承处的径向回转误差 ,表明影响高速主轴径向回转精度的主要原因是该轴的动不平衡。文章中提出的分析方法为进一步测量和提高精密主轴的径向回转精度提供了理论依据
【Abstract】 A novel method about two dimension Fourier frequency analysis is proposed in order to obtain high radial rotate precision.The radial rotate precision in the front magnetic bearing and rear magnetic bearing are analysed.The results demonstrate that the dynamic unbalance of the shaft causes the decrease of radial rotate precision.A theory is made to improve the performance in higher speed shaft systems.
