基于神经网络的磨削温度在线监测预报系统

【摘要】 对磨削弧区温度进行在线监测 ,是磨削加工自动化中必不可少的重要环节。该文介绍了一个基于人工神经网络 (ANN)的磨削弧区温度在线监测、预报系统。具体给出了监测系统的组成及测温方案 ,并提出了一种更适宜进行动态预报的改进型BP网络作为磨削温度的预报模型。工艺实验证明该系统能够较好地实现磨削温度的在线监测与预报。

【Abstract】 On line monitoring for grinding arc temperature is a necessary and important section to realize automation of grinding process. This paper introduces an on line monitoring system based on artificial neural network. The structure of on line monitoring system,the method of temperature measurement and the detailed monitoring process are also presented. In order to monitor and forecast grinding arc temperature dynamically, an improved BP network is designed as a temperature forecasting model. It is proved by technological experiments that the monitoring system can better realize on line monitoring and forecasting for grinding arc temperature.
