面向产品生命周期的价值分析与模糊综合评价
Research on the Value Analysis and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Oriented to Product Life Cycle
【摘要】 从并行工程的角度出发 ,提出了生命周期功能的概念 ,将产品功能的空间扩展到生命周期的广度 ,以覆盖生命周期各环节的需求。以生命周期功能为基础 ,突破传统的价值分析手段 ,提出了面向产品生命周期的价值分析方法。以设计方案为评价对象 ,以面向产品生命周期的价值为评价结果 ,以模糊综合评价为手段 ,应用模糊集合和模糊数学 ,建立了一种面向产品生命周期的综合评价与分析模型 ,为概念设计阶段的设计方案选择提供了决策工具 ,最后给出了一应用实例。
【Abstract】 From the view of concurrent engineering point, a new concept named life cycle function is presented in this paper with the purpose of integrating all elements of the product life cycle at the conceptual design stage. Based on the life cycle function, the value analysis at the conceptual design stage is also oriented to the product life cycle. And the analysis is performed based on a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach. The comprehensive evaluation system using fuzzy sets and fuzzy math theory is established to aid designers to decide the best product concept. In the end, the application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system to a real life part is illustrated.
