一种混合智能控制器的应用及仿真研究
Application and Emulation Investigation of a Mixed Intelligent Controller
【摘要】 以某化工厂苯胺生产过程精馏塔塔底液位模型为研究对象 ,设计了一种新型的混合智能控制器 ,并采用优化方法对控制器参数进行优化 ,使控制器工作在最优状态 ,通过大量的数字仿真实验 ,表明该控制器对提高系统的动态性能、减小超调量、消除稳态误差有显著的优点 ,对系统参数的变化有较强的鲁棒性
【Abstract】 In this paper,a kind of mixed intelligent controller is designed for the bottom liquid level of the fractionating tower in the process of aniline production in a chemical plant.The controller parameters have been optimized so that the controller can work at the optimal state.Lots of numerical emulation experiments show this controller has the prominent advantages in the aspects of improving the system dynamic performance,diminishing the overshooting and removing the stable errors,and it also has the fair robustness for the change of system parameters.$$$$
