【Abstract】 Regulation economics considers the market power causes market failures in collocating resources. The regulation is means which government corrects the market failures. Its mostly effects enhance efficiency of collocating resources and redistribution in the market. The regulation must enforces by kinds of policies and rules, then the results prove validity to recur the market.
