高压氧联合药物治疗PE-SWD兔血浆中6-Keto-PGF1α和TXB2变化
Hyperbaric oxygenation and drugs for pulmonary edema after seawater drowning: changes of thromboxane B2 and 6-ketone prostaglandin F1α in plasma of rabbits
【摘要】 目的 :探讨高压氧联合地塞米松、东莨菪碱、尼莫地平、果糖二磷酸钠应用对海水淹溺肺水肿 (PE SWD)兔肺损伤的作用机制。方法 :测定兔血浆血栓烷B2 (TXB2 )和 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α(6 Keto PGF1α)的含量。结果 :海水淹溺导致兔血浆TXB2 明显增高 ,但对血浆 6 Keto PGF1α无明显影响。地塞米松、东莨菪碱、尼莫地平、果糖二磷酸钠的应用延迟了血浆TXB2 的增高时间 ,并提高了血浆 6 Keto PGF1α的含量。高压氧联合药物治疗不仅降低了血浆TXB2 含量 ,而且提高了血浆 6 Keto PGF1α的含量。结论 :高压氧与上述 4种药物联合应用能够减轻海水淹溺肺水肿兔肺的损伤。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the mechanism of action of dexamethasone, hyoscine, nimodipine, fructose diphosphate and hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) inhalation on pulmonary injuries in rabbits with pulmonary edema after seawater drowning (PE SWD). Methods:The levels of 6 ketone prostaglandin F 1α (6 Keto PGF 1α ) and thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2) in plasma of rabbits were measured. Results:The seawater drowning caused the levels of TXB 2 to increase significantly in plasma of rabbits, but it did not have significant influence on 6 Keto PGF 1α in plasma. The administration of dexamethasone, hyoscine, nimodipine and fructose diphosphate retarded the time of increasing the levels of TXB 2 and increased the levels of 6 Keto PGF 1α in plasma. However, The combined therapy of the above drugs and HBO not only decreased the levels of TXB 2, but also increased the levels of 6 Keto PGF 1α in plasma. Conclusion:The four drugs in combination with HBO can relieve pulmonary injuries in rabbits with PE SWD.
