陶瓷微滤膜处理含油废水的工艺研究
OILY WASTEWATER TREATMENT WITH CERAMIC MEMBRANE
【摘要】 用陶瓷微滤膜处理含油废水 ,研究了操作压差、膜面流速、温度、料液浓度等操作条件对膜通量的影响 ,确定了合适的操作条件。在此操作条件下 ,膜的稳定通量为 2 5 0L/ (m2 ·h) ,处理后油质量浓度 <10mg/L ,完全达到排放要求
【Abstract】 Oily wastewater was treated by ceramic membrane. Transmembrane pressure、cross-flow velocities、working temperature and feed concentration were studied. Membrane final flux is 250 L/(h·m 2) in proper working condition and oil concentration after filtration is less than 10 mg/L, oil concentration can meet the requirement of drainage.
