Excel集成PHEES绘制水盐体系相图及模拟K2SO4生产工艺
ESTIMATION OF PHASE DIAGRAMS FOR AQUEOUS SALT SYSTEM AND SIMULATION OF POTASSIUM SULFATE PRODUCTION
【摘要】 利用 Excel97的 VBA编程调用 PHEES的单点固液相平衡计算模块 ,通过网格法绘制出 Na+ - K+ - Cl- -SO4 2 - - H2 O的 2 5℃和 1 0 0℃下的相图和等水线图。并设计无机盐工艺模拟程序 ,模拟了 K2 SO4 生产的一种两段法工艺。
【Abstract】 Based upon using VBA program of Excel 97 and software of PHEES （Phase Equilibria of Electrolyte Solutions） to calculate solid-liquid equilibrium stage, the phase diagrams for the system H2O-Na+-K+-Cl--SO42- at 25 ℃ and 100 ℃ were calculated by the grid method for plotting the phase diagrams. Process simulation of potassium sulfate production was performed as well.
