扑菌唑(sporgon)50%WP在蘑菇和土壤中残留分析方法的研究

【摘要】 报道了扑菌唑的代谢产物2 ,4 ,6 -三氯苯酚在土壤和蘑菇中的残留测定方法。样品以丙酮提取 ,二氯甲烷萃取 ,吡啶盐酸盐水解 ,气相色谱测定 ,最小检测量为0.19×10-12 g。土壤和蘑菇中的最低检测浓度为0.0002mg/kg,添加标准样品的回收率和变异系数分别为89.68 %~96.20 %和1.75 %~3.20 %。

【Abstract】 The 2,4,6-trichlorophenol of the metabolite of fungicide prochloraz in soil and mushroom were extracted with acetone by blending and the extracts were partitioned with dichloromethane. The residue was subject to hydrolysis and methylation with pyridine-hydrochloric acid. The residue was reextracted, then quantitatively determined by gas chromatograph coupled with electron capture detector. The minimum detection limit for 2.4.6-trichlorophenol was 0.19×10-12g and the lowest detection concentrations in soil and mushroom were 0.0002mg/kg respectively. The recoveries of prochloraz spiked in soil and food samples were 89.62~96.20%,with variable coefficients of 1.75~3.20% respectively.
