阔草清在大豆土壤及豆秸内残留动态试验

【摘要】 介绍了除草剂阔草清在大豆、土壤及豆秸样品内的提取、净化以及气相色谱的分析测定方法并对阔草清在环境中的残留动态进行了研究。结果表明 ,阔草清在土壤中的半衰期为16d ,施用建议剂量为1~2倍剂量 ,即60g(a.i)/hm2 和120g(a.i)/hm2,收获后大豆及豆秸内均未测到阔草清残留

【Abstract】 A gas chromatographic method for determination of flumetsulam residues in soybean grain, straw and soil has been established. The sample was extracted with a mixture of methanol, acetone, petroleum ether and dichloromethane. After derivatization with pentafluorobenzyl bromide followed by cleanup on a Florisil column, the residue was analyzed by gas chromatograph with BPX capillary column and ECD for quantitation. Recoveries of flumetsulam in soybean grain, straw, and soil were 79.1%~86.3%, 83.8%~91.0% and 88.6~96.8% respectively. Using the dosage of flumetsulam at 60~120g(a.i)/hm2 before seeding, it was found that the final residue in soybean grain was lower than 0.001mg/kg. flumetsulam in straw disappeared completely during 45 days, while the ultimate residue of flumetsulam in soil in 1997—1998 were only 0.002mg/kg, 0.028mg/kg respectively.
