尿激酶辅助立体定向术治疗高血压脑出血的临床与实验研究
Clinical cxperimental research of the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with Urokinase V and CT-assisted stereotaxic operation
【摘要】 目的 :研究尿激酶最短溶解、最佳溶解高峰时间、最低溶解有效浓度及计算机的优越性。方法 :用高血压脑出血超早期取得的血肿块作为实验研究的血肿模型 ,采用 BH— 型国产立体定向仪和计算机立体定向软件。结果 :ADL 级 2 4例 (37.5 % ) ,ADL 级 19例 (2 9.7% ) ,ADL 8例 (12 .5 % ) ,ADL 级 4例 (6 .2 5 % ) ,ADL 级两组均为 0例 ;ADL 级 7例 (11.9% )。结论 :采用尿激酶辅助定向术治疗 6 2例患者 ,具有创伤小 ,定位准确 ,血肿清除彻底 ,并发症少等优点。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study Uroninase’s fist dissolving time, the best dissolving peak time, the best effective concentration, and superiority of stereotaxic operation. Methads: 63 cases hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by the Urokinase and CT-assisted stereotaxic suvgery. Results: ADL I 24 cases (37 5%), ADL Ⅱ 19 cases (29 7%),ADL Ⅲ 8 cases (12.5%), ADL Ⅳ 4 cases (6.3%),ADL Ⅴ O,ADL Ⅵ 7 cases (11.3%) .Conclusions: The CT-assisted stereotaxic operation has a advantage of small trauma, accurate location and seldom complications for therapy of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
