神经网络在模拟系统故障诊断中的应用
Application of Neural network in analog system’s troubleshoot
【摘要】 模拟系统的故障检测诊断对于电路设计 ,VLSI等具有重要意义。而元器件的实际值究竟是有效值还是故障值 ,以及如何在大规模电路中测量判定它都是一个研究课题。本文利用神经网络的鲁棒性及模拟故障分析中的Mobius变换 ,提出了一种用神经网络帮助故障诊断的有效方法 ,解决了线性模拟系统的诊断问题。
【Abstract】 Analog system’s troubleshoot is very important for circuit design,VLSI and so on.But how to decide whether the component is fault or not,and how to determine the trouble in large scale circuit is a topic to be study.Based on the characteristic of neural network and Mobius transform of anaalog analyse,a scheme for analog system’s troubleshoot useing neural network is presented here.Experiment results show that this method is very efficent and in very low mistaking rate.
