【摘要】 对桔园螨类的酶免疫反应进行了初步研究。主要内容包括 :( 1)抗原及抗血清的制备 ;( 2 )螨类ELISA最适实验条件的确定 ;( 3)螨类ELISA灵敏性、重复性、特异性的考察 ;( 4 )尼氏钝绥螨的饥饿实验 ;( 5)桔园柑桔全爪螨密度与捕食螨酶免疫反应的关系。本项研究为农业螨类的ELISA检测提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The enzyme immunoreaction of mite from citrus orchard were studied preliminarily. The principal contents were: (1) the preparation of antigen and antisera on rabbit anti-mite. (2) the establishment of the good experimental conditions for enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test of mite. (3) the observation of sensitivity , replication and specificity of mite ELISA. (4) the hungry test of Amblyseius nicholsi Ehara. (5) the relationship between density of panonychus citri McG. and enzyme immunoreaction of predator.
