【Abstract】 A new method for determination of bovine serum albumin using magdala red as the fluorescent probe by synchronous florescence spectrophotometry is presented.The results indicate that the method is simple and rapid.The linear ranges of the determination is 0～4 μg/mL.The detection limit is 66.0 ng/mL.The relative standard deviation is 0.67.更多还原
