水溶性无机盐对水基抗磨剂的润滑性能影响的研究
Study on Effect of the Inorganic Salts on Tribological Properties of Water-based Anti-wear Agent
【摘要】 合成了几种水溶性烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯金属络合物 (ZnP - 1 ,LaP - 1 ,CeP - 1 )抗磨剂 ,利用四球机试验考察了其在水中的润滑性能 并且研究了水溶性无机盐对该类抗磨剂在水中的摩擦学性能的影响 结果表明 ,在水介质中无机盐的阴、阳离子对其摩擦学性能具有不同程度的影响 阳离子对其承载能力的影响不大 ,而阴离子对其承载能力则有较大的影响 阴、阳离子对抗磨剂的抗磨性能亦有一定的影响
【Abstract】 Several water-soluble metallic complexes of alkylphenol oxyethylenated phosphates (ZnP-1,LaP-1,CeP-1)were synthesized,and their tribological properties in water were evaluated with four-ball tester.Moreover,water-soluble inorganic salts were added to water to investigate their effect on tribological properties.The results showed that both anions and cations of inorganic salts in water media had effects on tribological properties of these anti-wear agents,but anions had bigger effects on loading capacity than cations.Meanwhile,anions and cations had also some effects on anti-wear properties.
