【摘要】 目的　探讨末节断指再植的手术要点及疗效。方法　 80例末节完全性断指患者 ,年龄为 4～6 5岁 ,大部分于 12h以内行再植 ,术中吻合动静脉比例有 2∶2、1∶2、1∶1或仅吻合一根指动脉。结果　成活75例 ( 94% ) ,随访中指体外形、功能良好 ,感觉正常。结论　末节断指应再植。熟练的小血管吻合技术是再植成功的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the outcome and replantation’s key point of broken distal fingers. Methods 80 cases total 150 completely broken distal fingers were replanted , from 4 to 65 years old. Fingers were replanted within 12h, the anastomotic ratios of A:V were 2:2、1:2、1:1 or 1:0, the latest meaned to anastomose only one arter. Results 145 fingers of 75 cases survived. Follow-up showed that fingers’ appearances、functions and sensations were normal. Conclusion It suggested that broken distal fingers whould be replanted . The skilled small vasculars anastomosis was important in operation.更多还原
