【摘要】 目的　观察充血性心力衰竭患者血压的昼夜节律改变。方法　 5 2例充血性心力衰竭患者(心衰组 )和 5 2例非心力衰竭患者 (对照组 ) ,分别测定 2 4小时内最低、最高、平均收缩压、舒张压及心率 ,计算昼夜节律改变百分离。结果　心衰组有 47例 ( 90 .4% ) ,昼夜节律减弱或消失 ,对照组为 2 5例( 48.1% ) ,两组比较P <0 .0 5。结论　血压昼夜变化差减少是相当一部分充血性心力衰竭患者的特征更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the circadian blood pressure(BP) changes in patients wiht congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods The highest、lowest、average systolic 、diastolic pressure and heart rate in 52 patients with CHF and 52 controls were determined within 24h, counted percentage deviation of circadian rhythms change. Results Circadian rhythms attenuated or disappeared in 47 cases (90.4%) of CHF group and 25 (48.1%) in control group. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion The decreased of circadian BP changes is a characteristic in some patients with CHF.更多还原
