对中学生身体素质发展敏感期的研究
On Study of the Sensitive Period of Middle School Students’ Physical Quality Development
【摘要】 在对绵阳市游仙区两所中学的学生进行了为期四年的跟踪调查的基础上 ,采用动态分析法 ,对中学生身体素质发展敏感期进行了研究 ,并提出了中学生各项身体素质训练的最佳年龄阶段。
【Abstract】 Based on four years of tracing investigation into students in two middle school in Youxian District,this paper studies the sensitive period of their physical quality development by way of trends analysis and proposes the best ages of their various physical quality trainings.
