用非氨基酸专用柱分离17种氨基酸的研究
Separation of 17 amino acids with a non-amino acid special column
【摘要】 运用 Waters公司的 Pico- Tag分析方法 ,采用仓光公司的 ODS- AM柱 (4 .6× 2 5 0 m m)进行 17种氨基酸分离 ,通过对流动相 A、B液梯度洗脱的反复调整实验 ,最终在 2 5 m in内使 17种氨基酸得到较好的分离 ,该法用于测定饲料样品中氨基酸的含量 ,结果较为理想
【Abstract】 The Waters Pico-Tag analytical method and the ODS-AM column(4.6×250mm)were used to separate 17 amino acids.Repeated adjustment of gradient elution of the mobile phases A and B liquids resulted in good separation of 17 amino acids within 25min.Satisfactory results can be achieved when the method is used in assayimg amino acids in feed samples.
