神经肽ABNP的提取及其作用研究
Isolation of ABNP and its anti morphine activity in mice
【摘要】 首次在牛脑中发现了一种新的酸性牛神经肽。用 Sephadex G5 0及硅胶柱层析对其进行了纯化 ,得率为 5‰。氨基酸分析及测序表明 ,其结构为 Glu- Glu- Glu。对小鼠的试验它有显著的抗吗啡作用 ,而无依赖性。
【Abstract】 Acid bovine neuropeptide(ABNP) was firstly found in the bovine brain. It was purified by Sephadex G50/Silica column chromatography. ABNP is a tripeptide, Glu Glu Glu, identified by National 835-50 Model amino acid analyzer and PE ABI 491A Model protein sequencer. It has significant anti morphine activity in mice but no addiction at doses 0.125～05g/kg.
