【摘要】本文着重探讨油菜籽粕中提取硫苷的主要影响因素 ,利用正交法安排实验 ,试验结果表明 :10 0℃ 80 %甲醇提取10 m in样品溶液比为 1/ 10时硫苷提取量最大。提出了适合不同用途的实用方法更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of extracting glucosinolates in rapeseed was discussed. Cross method results showed that experimentation of extracting glucosinolates had the highest extracting(100℃,80%MEOH,10min,sample/eluent=1/10). And the method suitable for different use was put forward.更多还原
