【Abstract】 recipient goats (crossbred dairy goats)and 76 donor Boer does were used in the study. Treated by synchronization of estrus, the donors ovulated a total of 726 ova, in which there were 387 fertilized ova, making up 53.31% of the total. Among the fertilized ova, there were 353 viable embryos (312 primary embryos and 41 secondary embryos). 105 recipients lambed normally and accounted for 57.07% of the 184 recipients. Two embryos were transferred to each of 97 recipients, 55 of which twinned, making up 56.7% of the 97 recipients. 150 lambs (78 buck kids and 72 doe kids) survived.Buck and doe kids weighed 3.05 kg at birth with a maximum of 5.5 kg.更多还原
