【Abstract】 A pressurized ash agglomerating fluidized bed coal gasifier ( D 200 mm, pressure:1 5 MPa) with the coal capacity of 3 t 4 t per day has been established and the test of Fugu coal gasification has been carried out. The effects of pressure and temperature on the gasification ability, carbon conversion, carbon content in ash and gas composition were investigated. The start up, normal run and shut down procedures have been setup. From tests it can be proved that the technology, engineering design, operation and safety are successful and reasonable.更多还原
