失血性休克兔血清一氧化氮含量变化的实验研究
The experiment study of the serum NO changing in the hemorrhage shock rabbit
【摘要】 探讨失血性休克不同时间血清一氧化氮 (NO)含量变化 ,了解 NO与失血性休克发展机制的关系。方法 应用重氮反应法(Griss法 )检测血清 NO含量。结果 失血性休克 5 h血清 NO含量较休克前、休克后 1h、2 h显著增高 (P<0 .0 0 1)。其他各时间血清NO含量无明显差异。结论 血清 NO含量与失血性休克持续时间长短有关 ,NO在失血性休克进一步发展机制中具有一定作用。
【Abstract】 Purpose To study the serum NO changing in different time of the hemorrhage shock rabbit,and understanding the relationship between NO and the developing mechanism of hemorrhage shock .Method The serum NO concentration was measured with method of Griss.Results The serum NO concentration at 5 hours after hemorrhage shock increased significantly higher than that of before shock,1 hour and 2 hours after the hemorrhage shock(P<0.001).Conclusions There was relationship between serum NO concentration and the hemorrhage shock continuous time.NO played a role on the hemorrhage shock developing advancedly to come extent.
