矿用风动水泵涡轮系统空气动力学分析

【摘要】 应用空气动力学理论 ,采用复变函数保角变换 ,对涡轮叶片的形状及喷嘴安装角度进行了分析研究 ,得出了叶片的形状和最佳喷嘴角度 ,并对涡轮的风动功率及效率进行了分析计算 .试验结果表明 ,数学模型的建立合理 ,理论方法正确 ,据此改进的新产品 ,设备总效率提高了1 3 55% ,噪声降低了 4dB ,从而改善了产品的性能 .

【Abstract】 The optimum angle was acquired, and the airflow power and efficiency of the turbine was investigated by the air dynamics theory and the angle kept transforms of the complex variable function in order to improve the character of the equipment and raise its efficiency .According to the result of testing ,the establishment of the mathematical model and the method of the analysis is correct .The total efficiency of the new product was up 13 55% and the noise down 4 dB,so the character of the product was improved.
